Meet the Team that makes it Happen

Our team has been handpicked to complement the Logan Group philosophy, pool of experience and skill set. The people in this diverse group share one passion: delivering innovative insurance solutions to the people who need it.

• Will Logan

  Will fell into the insurance industry at a young age, working in the Health and Safety space. He bought the company now known as Logan Group Insurance Brokers in 1997, and has grown it according to his strong belief in working for the client. Will is extremely active with hobbies such as car and yacht racing to fill in his spare time.

• Simon Ratcliffe

  Simon has worked in the insurance industry since 1984 and to this day he best enjoys getting good results for clients that need help. He values the agility and cohesiveness of the Logan Group team as a great advantage, along with the strength and resources that being part of the Steadfast Group provides.

• Guy Tumney

  Guy Tumney began his insurance career as a junior in 1965 and has been sharing his knowledge and experience with Logan Group since 2006. He enjoys meeting people and the challenge of working with them to resolve their insurance needs. Guy loves being part of a local Tasmanian team and believes in the value of Logan Group’s broad industry knowledge.

• Tracey Apted

  Tracey comes from a tourism background, but has worked in the insurance industry for many years. She is glad to have the opportunity to help clients have a smooth experience, avoiding the common evils that insurance can throw at consumers. Tracey enjoys working in the Logan Group team, which offers a lot of internal support, and believes in the client-focused philosophy of the company.

• Karen Banks

  Karen joined the Logan Group in 2009 from a large international broking house.  She has recently gained her Tier 2 insurance qualification and continues to progress to the Tier 1 level.  In her role as Receptionist she adopts a friendly, 'can do' attitude and enjoys working with the Logan team.

• Kellie Williams

  Kellie began as an Admin Assistant in 2003 and by 2006 was an Account Executive. She joined Logan Group in 2007 and thoroughly enjoys the team, the client contact and the opportunity to give people help when they need it most. Kellie believes the young, enthusiastic team at Logan Group and their ‘go the extra mile’ attitude is key to the company’s success.

• Paul Holdsworth

  Paul started his career in 1986 as a Claims Officer, and has worked in varied roles at many of Australia’s large insurance firms. With a wealth of knowledge already behind him, he joined Logan Group in 2007. Similar to his work history, Paul has varied interests, including nature conservation, local politics and AFL.

• Michelle Hollingsworth

  Before joining Logan Group in 2005, Michelle had a variety of roles in Customer Service. She enjoys the continual learning process of working in insurance and always aspires to make her clients happy, with the best insurance solution. Michelle is passionate about the exceptional service Logan Group prides itself on.

• Sharon Styles

  Sharon gained a varied experience in customer service before she became a Brokers Assistant. She now works at Logan Group with a rare dedication to building relationships with clients. A family woman at heart, Sharon is an asset to the team as she consistently stretches herself to provide the best options to her clientele.

• Felicity Pollard

  Felicity joined Logan Group in 2001, after completing her studies. She is passionate about taking a personal, honest approach with all clients and is proud that Logan Group truly cares about solving individuals’ insurances needs. Felicity enjoys learning about different industries and how they operate, and always works to build good relationships with her clients.

• Lauren McShane

  Lauren always enjoys a challenge, and when she’s not playing soccer she is giving it her all in the office. She strives to provide her clients with the best fit insurance solutions, and give them help when they need it most. Lauren is passionate about the personable approach Logan Group has, and believes the good broker-to-client ratio the company maintains allows the team to fully customise solutions for each and every client
